Terms & Conditions for LUX Hotel, Lillestrøm

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using our apartment hotel services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservation:

All reservations are subject to availability.
Guests must provide accurate and up-to-date information when making a reservation.
Reservations can be made through our website.
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure a reservation.
If there is an error in the confirmation or receipt, we reserve the right to correct it as soon as we become aware of it and according to our amendment and cancellation policy.
For any special request noted on your reservation we will do our best to accommodate these. These cannot be guaranteed unless they are confirmed in writing by us directly.

2. Check-in:

Our hotel apartments offer a digital check-in process through our mobile app.
Guests must complete the check-in process before accessing their apartment.
Valid ID must be uploaded via the app during the check-in process, this has to be the same as the name in the reservation.
The main guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in.

3. Payment:

Payment for the reservation must be made before check-in.
We accept major credit and debit cards for payment.
All payments are processed in Norwegian Krone (NOK).
Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled using the app and can be occurred after departure if applicable. This includes extra cleaning or damages to the apartment.
Failed to settle the room within arrival day will result in cancellation of the reservation without any further actions from LUX Hotel.

4. Use of apartments:

The apartment is for the registered guests only. Unauthorized guests are not allowed.
Pets are allowed for a supplement and only if you have informed us prior to arrival whereas you have been issued a designated room.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

5. Cancellation and refund:

Cancellations must be made through the cancellation link or by contacting us directly on [email protected].
The cancellation policy and any applicable fees are specified at the time of booking.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.

6. Security and safety:

Guests are responsible for maintaining the security of their digital keys and access to the app.
Guests are expected to comply with all safety and security guidelines provided by the apartment hotel.
Guests are obliged to see our fire routines as specified in the app and familiarize the fire escape routes as shown on the main door in each apartment.

7. House Rules:

Guests are required to follow the apartment hotel's house rules, which are available in the app.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in eviction without a refund.

8. Check-Out:

Check-out must be completed within 11am on departure day.
Any late check-out must be approved by us prior and a late check-out may be subject to additional charges.

9. Liability:

The apartment hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
Guests may be held liable for damage to the apartment or its contents during their stay.

10. Privacy:

The guest's personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions:

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time, and guests are responsible for reviewing them periodically.

12. Governing Law:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway. By using our apartment hotel services and completing the digital guest journey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
