Room keys & access
Your entire guest journey is based on our guest app which you activate via the email you receive after making the reservation. You have the ability to use your keys throughout your stay, and it will be deactivated after the designated check-out time.
Modify or cancel a reservation
Any changes or cancellations can be made by contacting us at [email protected].
Reception
We do not have a physical reception and all communication can be done through the guest app prior during and after your stay. In the guest entrance you will find a seating group and you can charge your phone if needed. If you lose access at night, use the code that was sent at the start of the guest journey or press the Securitas button by the intercom at the entrance and they will let you in.
What is included in the stay
The rate is always included with VAT and Wi-Fi. Our studios and apartments are furnished and includes several hotel amenities such as iron and iron board, in-room safe, Nespresso machine, kettle in addition to a kitchen with basic cooking equipment. Please see our rooms section or click details when making a reservation to see each room type´s description. Housekeeping will provide a light refresh of your apartment every day, including changing dirty towels if needed. Full cleaning is done every 7 days, and you can request more frequent cleaning for an additional charge through the app. If you would like to opt out the daily refresh, please use the “Do Not Disturb” sign in the apartment.

Parking
We have parking at the hotel but unfortunately without the possibility of reserving a space prior or during your stay. Availability will usually not be an issue. Access to/from the parking to the hotel is done through the guest app.
Wheelchair accessible apartments
We have a few number of rooms that are adapted to guests with reduced mobility. These rooms are fitted with additional handles and expanded shower zones including to adjusted height. If you have any questions or require more information, please contact us. Please make sure to note the request for this room when you make a reservation. This room is available in our category “Apartments”.
Pets
Pets are allowed on the 3rd floor. We will unfortunately not have the ability to accommodate pets if you are assigned on another floor. If your reservation confirmation does not explicitly state that pets are allowed, it means pets are not permitted in your accommodation for that period.
