• Room keys & access

  Your entire guest journey is based on our guest app which you activate via the email you receive after making the reservation. You have the ability to use your keys throughout your stay, and it will be deactivated after the designated check-out time. Alternatively, you can make a physical card in our lobby.

• Modify or cancel a reservation

  Any changes or cancellations can be made by contacting us at stay@luxhotel.no.

• Reception

  We do not have a physical reception and all communication can be done through the guest app prior during and after your stay. In the guest entrance you will find a seating group and you can charge your phone if needed. If you lose access at night, use the code that was sent at the start of the guest journey or press the Securitas button by the intercom at the entrance and they will let you in.

• What is included in the stay

  The rate is always included with VAT and Wi-Fi. Our studios and apartments are furnished and includes several hotel amenities such as iron and iron board, in-room safe, Nespresso machine, kettle in addition to a kitchen with basic cooking equipment. Please see our apartment section or click details when making a reservation to see each room type´s description. Full cleaning is done every 7-10 days. You can request more frequent cleaning, change of dirty towels and linen for an additional charge through the app..

• Parking

  You can park in the hotel’s parking garage for a fee. The address of the parking garage is: Kjerulfs gate 1F, 2000 Lillestrøm. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a parking space before or during your stay, but there is usually always availability. You can access the hotel from the parking garage. Use the guest app key or the code you received via SMS to open the door. For more information, please visit onepark.no/parkering/viken/lux-p-hus-lillestrom. It is possible to pay through the payment machine in the car park or by using the easypark app. As of 21/08/2024, the price is NOK 25 per started 30 minutes or NOK 290 per continuous parking within 24 hours.

• Car care

• Location

  LUX Hotel is located about a 7-minute walk from Lillestrøm train station. From Lillestrøm train station, it takes 10 minutes by train to Oslo Airport and to Oslo Central Station (Oslo S). There is a short distance to the city center, where there are many restaurants and shopping options.

• Wheelchair accessible apartments

  We have a few number of rooms that are adapted to guests with reduced mobility. These rooms are fitted with additional handles and expanded shower zones including to adjusted height. If you have any questions or require more information, please contact us. Please make sure to note the request for this room when you make a reservation.

• Pets

  Pets are allowed on the 3rd floor. We will unfortunately not have the ability to accommodate pets if you are assigned on another floor. If your reservation confirmation does not explicitly state that pets are allowed, it means pets are not permitted in your accommodation for that period.
